
WAYNE M. PECHT, ESQUIRE
Member of the firm
Mr. Pecht is the founding member of the law firm Pecht & Associates, PC and concentrates his practice in business and corporate law, special needs planning, and estate planning and estate administration. Mr. Pecht is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant. He received his Juris Doctorate from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University and his LLM in taxation from Georgetown University School of Law.
Mr. Pecht is a frequent lecturer on wealth preservation issues. He is involved in a variety of activities and organizations that assist families with special needs.

Mr. Pecht was a member of the Board of Supervisors of Silver Spring Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania for twelve years and served as Chairman of the Board for eight years. He served as a member of the Board of Directors of the West Shore Chamber of Commerce for six years.

ROB BLEECHER, ESQUIRE
Rob Bleecher practices primarily in the areas of securities arbitration, securities litigation, real estate transactions, general commercial litigation and consumer fraud litigation. He brings to Pecht & Associates prior experience as the Deputy Director of the Attorney General's Bureau of Consumer Protection in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and as an Assistant District Attorney in the Chester County, PA District Attorney's office. He also brings with him a thorough understanding of the securities industry, having worked as a financial consultant with Merrill Lynch. He also has had experience as an entrepreneur and spent many years running small businesses.
He is an Arbitrator with FINRA (the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) and a member of the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association (PIABA), the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Dauphin County and Cumberland County Bar Associations. Rob Bleecher is a 1980 graduate of Villanova University School of Law and has been admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania (1980) and the U.S District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania (1982).
HERBERT P. ("HESH") HENDERSON, ESQUIRE
Mr. Henderson practices in the areas of domestic matters (divorce, custody, support, protection from abuse); personal injury (auto accidents, slip and fall and wrongful death); criminal and civil lawsuits; wills; and real estate.
He is a 1982 graduate of Middletown Area High School, and he earned his undergraduate degree from Duquesne University in 1986. He earned his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1989.
Mr. Henderson is active in his community where he is the past chairman of the Elizabethtown Library Building Committee. He is involved with youth hockey and youth swimming as an official and referee, and is a member of the Elizabethtown Chamber of Commerce.
